張嘉年（1950年10月21日－，外號太保）為港台知名的電影演員，香港出生，一歳時來台，在高雄讀完小學後，全家舉家搬至香港。香港的同學用廣東話喊他「台保」，意指來自台灣的阿飛，而後衍用至今。 早年在香港拍攝電影，但多數都為配角，尤其常在成龍主演的電影中出現。近年多在台灣拍攝台產電影。1984年以《公僕》入圍第21屆金馬獎最佳男配角獎，2000年以《運轉手之戀》獲得第37屆金馬獎最佳男配角獎和第三屆台北電影節商業類最佳男配角獎，2007年以《鐵樹花開》獲得第42屆金鐘獎最佳戲劇男配角獎，原初得獎人張國柱是以《白色巨塔》獲獎，後來主辦單位發現搞錯對象，結果讓兩人雙雙獲得這屆最佳戲劇男配角獎。
