李鍾碩（朝鮮語：이종석，1989年9月14日－），韓國演員、模特。SBS第7期藝人。曾是TOP級模特的李鍾碩，16歲就登上了Seoul Collection的舞台，成為Seoul Collection歷史上最年輕的時裝男模。2010年，李鍾碩先後出演電視劇《檢察官公主》和《秘密花園》，以高䠷俊秀的外型受到人們的關注。2012年憑借校園青春成長劇《學校2013》中的高南舜一角而人氣高漲。2013年主演《聽見你的聲音》，飾演擁有讀心術超能力的主角朴修夏，憑借此作獲得2013年韩国文化演藝大赏最優秀男演員賞及第50屆百想藝術大賞最佳男演員提名。2014年11月，出演《皮諾丘》，飾演為了成為真正的記者而努力的崔達佈，李鍾碩憑借《皮諾丘》獲得第27屆畫梅獎男子最優秀演技賞。憑借此作在2014年末也獲得SBS演技大賞特别獎等三个獎項，2016年5月10日確定已經正式與「YG娛樂」簽約。
