林更新（1988年2月13日－），中國大陸男演員，2011年畢業於上海戲劇學院，同年在電視劇《步步驚心》中飾演十四阿哥而成名，因徐克導演的賞識，參演了《狄仁傑之神都龍王》、《智取威虎山》、《三少爺的劍》、《西遊伏妖篇》等多部電影。2014年獲提名第33屆香港電影金像獎最佳新人獎。
