姚元浩（1982年4月19日，本名鄧詠麟），身高186公分。畢業於基隆培德工家，是一名台灣演員、主持人。曾主演多部電視劇、電影及主持節目和歌手。2010年演出電視劇「新兵日記」中的孫安邦一角而打開知名度。2011年演出「廉政英雄」中的姚順風一角而聲名大噪。現為傑星傳播簽約藝人。現為傑星傳播簽約藝人。也參加過每一屆的雪碧慈善籃球賽與周杰倫等人同隊。
