盧海鵬（Lo Hoi Pang，1941年12月21日－），人稱「鵬哥」，香港著名電視劇、電影演員、電影導演、電影監製。為無線電視及亞洲電視前藝員。盧年輕時為內地歌舞團團長，其胞弟是廣州粵劇名伶盧海潮。現多數參與電影。 盧海鵬是早年無線電視綜合性節目《歡樂今宵》台柱，以搞笑、扮演其他藝人及名人而馳名。令人印象深刻的包括趣劇《蝦仔爹哋》裡的爹哋，劇中盧海鵬常爆肚講出一些押韻對白。 2012年，盧海鵬憑《奪命金》首次獲香港電影金像獎提名「最佳男配角」，最終更摘下此殊榮。現加入香港電視網路。
