袁艾菲（1984年7月18日－），本名郭怡廷，為臺灣新生代藝人。出生於高雄市，畢業於嘉義縣南華大學傳播學系。袁艾菲（Phoebe），原名郭怡廷，1984年7月18日出生於臺灣高雄市，臺灣新生代女演員、主持人。 2008年，因參加綜藝節目《大學生了沒》而出道； 同年，演出個人的首部影視劇作《光陰的故事》。 2009年，開始擔任《我猜我猜我猜猜猜》等綜藝節目的主持人工作。 2012年，主演了愛情電視劇《剩女保鏢》與參與演出偶像劇《絕對達令》； 2013年，演出偶像劇《金大花的華麗冒險》。 2014年，參與演出了旗艦時代劇《熱海戀歌》； 同年，主演的愛情輕喜劇《幸福兌換券》中飾演了陽光善良且充滿正能量的女主角徐曼曼。 2015年主演中視戲劇 《鋼鐵之心》。
