李政宰（諺文：이정재，英文：Lee Jung Jae，1973年3月15日－），韓國男演員，出生於南韓首爾，畢業於東國大學戲劇電影學系。近年主要以拍攝電影為主。此外，由於其面相冷峻英武，加上演技出色，有人評介他為「最適合演出浪漫愛情電影」的男演員。
