是元介（1983年10月31日－），台灣台北人，台灣男藝人。 生於台北縣永和市（今新北市永和區），國小就讀秀朗國小，國中就讀福和國中，高中就讀復興商工資訊科，大學就讀景文技術學院餐飲管理夜間部畢業。是元介是本名，爸爸是江蘇省籍，名字是由爺爺根據族譜取的，這個姓是明太祖朱元璋所賜，意即「在烈日下正正當當做人」。 早在國中一年級的時候就被知名製作人孫德榮簽下，加入了「威聚」旗下，和師兄羅密歐、Postmen一起受訓、練舞，只是訓練了一年多，原本打算以「V5」團體出擊的他們，還是不了了之。後來因為學業問題只好忍痛放棄，直到後來與衛斯理（藝人賈靜雯弟弟）組成團體「元衛覺醒」踏入歌壇，並朝多元化發展。
