吉高由里子（1988年7月22日－）為日本女演員，出身地為東京都，2006年於第28屆橫濱電影節（ヨコハマ映畫祭）獲得最佳新人獎。2007年九月左右遭遇車禍，顎骨嚴重骨折，在加護病房住院五天，因為這個原因，對金原睛的小說〈蛇信與舌環〉有很深的感觸，導演蜷川幸雄將其拍成電影，且由里子在此片中初次裸露。
