蔡振南（台羅：Tshuà Tsín-lâm，1954年7月26日－），台灣嘉義縣新港鄉人，台灣男歌手、男演員、作曲家、填詞人。是三金（金馬、金曲、金鐘）得主。 因每年大甲媽祖遶境進香活動都會經過家鄉往新港奉天宮進香，因此他逐漸成了大甲媽的信徒，並為大甲鎮瀾宮做了遶境專屬歌曲《大甲媽祖聖歌》的編曲。
