蒂達·絲雲頓（英語：Tilda Swinton，全名：凱瑟琳·瑪蒂達（蒂達）·絲雲頓（Katherine Matilda "Tilda" Swinton）；1960年11月5日－）是英國女演員，曾奪奧斯卡金像獎、英國電影學院獎，並獲金球獎兩度提名。

絲雲頓在1960年生於英國英格蘭倫敦，母親茱蒂絲·巴爾福(Judith Balfour)是澳洲人，父親少將約翰·絲雲頓爵士，貝里克郡KCVO(Sir John Swinton of Kimmerghame, Berwickshire, KCVO)是蘇格蘭人。蒂妲·絲雲頓在The New School at West Heath讀小學（與黛安娜同班），在Fettes College讀過一陣子中學，在劍橋大學新學堂社會與政治科學系畢業，她唸劍橋大學時加入英國共產黨。她在2006年7月和8月分別獲皇家蘇格蘭音樂戲劇學院(Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama)和內皮爾大學頒授榮譽博士學位。

絲雲頓在開展電影事業前，曾在愛丁堡的特拉沃斯劇院及坎布里亞郡的皇家莎士比亞劇團工作。她早期電影包括由Derek Jarman執導的《War Requiem》，飾演護士。
