阿爾弗雷德·托馬斯·海默（英語：Alfred Thomas Highmore；1992年2月14日－）是英國一名男演員。海默於1999年在喜劇電影《女人秘話》中首次亮相，後接連出演電影《尋找新樂園》（2004年）、《巧克力冒險工廠》（2005年）、《八月迷情》（2007年）和《奇幻精靈事件簿》（2008年）等而知名國際。海默曾兩次獲得評論家選擇電影獎最佳年輕演員。
