約翰·史蒂芬·古徳曼（英語：John Stephen Goodman）（1952年6月20日——），美國好萊塢知名演員，代表作為動畫改編作品石頭族樂園，近年較有關注度的作品計有：心靈鑰匙，大藝術家，購物狂的異想世界，怪獸大學等。較著名的是在ABC電視劇《羅斯安家庭生活》（1988年至1997年）中飾演丹·康納，為此贏得金球獎最佳電視影集男演員-音樂及喜劇類。
