關穎（英語：Terri Kwan，1976年7月2日－），本名陳品穎，台灣演員、歌手，關穎在日本出生，五歲回台灣念了三所小學，長大後赴美念書，大學主修舞蹈，美國紐約大學藝術行政研究所畢業，為日盛金控董事長陳國和與夫人蔡淑媛的女兒。
