喬瑟夫·「喬」·麥可·曼格尼洛（英語：Joseph "Joe" Michael Manganiello，/ˌmæŋɡəˈnɛloʊ/ mang-gə-nel-oh， 義大利語發音：[maŋɡaˈnjɛllo]，1976年12月28日－）是一位美國男演員、監製、導演和作家。曼格尼洛曾於山姆·雷米的《蜘蛛人》（2002年）和《蜘蛛人3》（2007年）中飾演閃電·湯普森。而他也在電視劇《追愛總動員》（2006年至2012年）、《急診室的春天》（2007年）和《籃球兄弟》（2008年至2010年）中擔任常駐演員。2010年至2014年間，他在HBO電視劇《噬血真愛》中所飾演的狼人艾西德·哈韋亞斯而為自己贏得廣大的知名度。其他知名作品如電影《好孕大作戰》（2012年）、《舞棍俱樂部》（2012年）和《震撼殺戮》（2014年）。
