日本女演員，出生於日本東京都。幼稚園時父母為了改善恒松害羞的個性，幫他報名試鏡而進入演藝圈。2005年電視劇《琉璃之島》中以童星身份出道。2016年到台灣拍攝日台合作的短片《說不出的那句話》，飾演不擅長人際關係因父親工作和再婚而搬來台灣的高中生。2021年演出Netflix影集《AV帝王》第二季，演出山田孝之飾演的主角村西透第三任妻子乃木真理子，恒松祐里更是轉型演出，從清純無害的形象突破演出廣受好評。
