2015年に行われた「第40回ホリプロタレントスカウトキャラバン」のファイナリストに選ばれたことをきっかけに芸能界入りし、17年「アクエリアス」のCMでデビュー。映画「町田くんの世界」（19）で1000人を越えるオーディションを勝ち抜き、ヒロインの猪原奈々役で映画初主演し女優デビューを果たす。その他の出演作に、TVドラマ「４分間のマリーゴールド」（19）、映画「カイジ ファイナルゲーム」「コンフィデンスマンJP プリンセス編」（ともに20）などがある。
