梶 芽衣子（かじ めいこ、1947年3月24日 - ）は、日本の女優・歌手。本名および旧芸名、太田 雅子（おおた まさこ）。業務提携先は空（くう）東京都千代田区神田出身。幼い頃はシャイで人見知り。両親の勧めで中高時代はバスケットボール部に所属し、友人を作る楽しさ、グループの一員となる喜びを味わったという。八雲高校在学中に銀座でモデルにスカウトされる。その後、高橋圭三の事務所に所属し、高橋司会の『おのろけ夫婦合戦』（日本テレビ）でアシスタントを務めたことが切っ掛けで1965年、高校卒業と同時に日活に入社。同年に映画『悲しき別れの歌』で本名の太田雅子でデビューし、石原裕次郎・小林旭・松原智恵子・吉永小百合らが主演する映画で助演していた。同期で活躍したのは渡哲也。
