片寄 涼太（かたよせ りょうた、1994年8月29日 - ）は、日本の歌手、ダンサー。GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBEのメンバー。大阪府八尾市出身。LDH所属。2010年、「VOCAL BATTLE AUDITION 2」に参加しファイナリストとなるも落選。2011年7月19日、GENERATIONSの候補メンバーとなる。2012年4月17日、GENERATIONSの正式メンバーとなる。2014年7月、ドラマ『GTO』で俳優デビュー。
