真矢 みき（まや みき、1964年1月31日 - ）は元宝塚歌劇団花組トップスターの女優。本名:西島 美季（にしじま みき）、旧姓:佐藤（さとう）。広島市西区南観音町生まれ[1]、大阪府豊中市育ち[2]。ブルーミングエージェンシー所属。豊中市立第二中学校卒業。1979年に宝塚音楽学校に入学。
