藤原 紀香（ふじわら のりか、1971年6月28日 - ）は、日本の女優、モデル、タレント。本名は片岡 紀香（かたおか のりか）。
兵庫県西宮市出身。高輪エージェンシー→バーニングプロダクション→サムデイ所属。西宮市立生瀬小学校、親和中学校・親和女子高等学校、神戸親和女子大学文学部英米文学科卒業。
第24回ミス日本グランプリ受賞。夫は歌舞伎俳優・片岡愛之助。
