ブレンダン・グリーソン（Brendan Gleeson、1955年3月29日 - ）はアイルランドのダブリン出身の俳優。息子のドーナル・グリーソンも俳優。俳優になる前は小学校の教師をしており、映画デビューしたのは1990年、ジム・シェリダンの『ザ・フィールド』で、彼が35歳の時である。とは言うものの、ロンドンの王立演劇学校で学び、教師をする傍らダブリンで舞台俳優として活躍していた。その後イングランドのロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーに数シーズン参加、34歳の時に映画出演を志てオーディションを受け、映画デビューした。
アイルランド映画、またハリウッド映画の脇役で堅実な演技を見せている。
