岸部 一徳（きしべ いっとく、1947年1月9日 - ）は、日本の俳優、ミュージシャン（ベーシスト）。

本名は岸部 修三（きしべ しゅうぞう）。旧芸名は岸部 修三（きしべ おさみ）、岸部 おさみ。愛称はサリー。

ザ・タイガース、PYG、井上堯之バンドのベーシストとして活躍し、その後俳優に転じている。身長181cm。京都府京都市出身。京都市立伏見工業高等学校建築科 卒業。

所属事務所はアン・ヌフ。沢田研二の個人事務所「株式会社ココロ」社長。
