遠藤 憲一（えんどう けんいち、1961年6月28日 - ）は、日本の俳優、声優、ナレーター、脚本家。愛称は「エンケン（さん）」。目つきが鋭く、いかつい風貌から悪役を演じることが多い。東京都品川区出身。アクターズカンパニーなどを経てエンズタワー所属。身長182cm、体重70kg。『Distance』で第16回高崎国際映画祭助演男優賞を受賞した。
