林原 めぐみ（はやしばら めぐみ、1967年3月30日[1] - ）は、日本の女性声優・歌手・ナレーター、ラジオパーソナリティ、作詞家（MEGUMI名義）・エッセイスト。東京都北区出身。身長155cm。体重45kg。血液型はO型。愛称は「めぐさん」"閣下""食料大臣"など。デビュー以来長年にわたり、人気声優として多彩な分野で活躍しており、第3次声優ブームの源流かつ最も代表的な人物。特に歌手活動においては、声優がレコード会社と専属契約をする先駆けとなり、本格的かつ継続的な活動を初めて行ったことで“声優アーティスト”の礎を築いた。
