西田 敏行（にしだ としゆき、1947年11月4日 - ）は、日本の俳優、歌手、タレント、司会者。所属事務所はオフィスコバック。福島県郡山市出身。明治大学付属中野高等学校卒業、明治大学農学部中退。身長166cm。体重は80kg超。映画『釣りバカ日誌』は1988年から2009年まで20作続いた代表作である。日本俳優連合理事長。
