ジョセフ・ファインズ（Joseph Fiennes、本名：Joseph Alberic Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes、1970年5月27日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。ヤング・ヴィク・ユース・シアターやギルドホール音楽演劇学校で学び、卒業後に様々な舞台に立ち、2シーズンだけロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーにも参加した。1996年に『魅せられて』で映画デビュー。1998年公開の『エリザベス』と『恋におちたシェイクスピア』で国際的に知られるようになる。この二作品での演技により、放送映画批評家協会賞や全米映画俳優組合賞などを受賞した。
