デヴィッド・シューリス（David Thewlis、1963年3月20日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。身長191cm。ランカシャー州・ブラックプール出身。ロンドンのギルドホール音楽演劇学校で学んだ。
卒業後の1985年からテレビへ、1987年から映画へ出演。1993年の" ネイキッド快感に満ちた苦痛"でカンヌ国際映画祭男優賞、全米映画批評家協会賞主演男優賞など受賞多数。最近ではハリー・ポッター"シリーズのリーマス・ルーピン役で知られている。
中国のチベット侵攻が描かれている"セブン・イヤーズ・イン・チベット"に出演したため、中国への入国は出来ないという。俳優業のほか、2007年には小説"The Late Hector Kipling"を出版している。
1992年に映画監督のサラ・シュガーマンと結婚するが、翌年に離婚。2001年に女優のアンナ・フリエルと交際しはじめ、2005年に娘が生まれた[2]が、2010年12月に破局が報じられている。
