鶴見 辰吾（つるみ しんご、1964年12月29日 - ）は、日本の俳優・タレント。東京都出身。ホリプロ所属。弟は元俳優の三上祐一。1977年、『竹の子すくすく』でデビュー。デビュー当初は好青年役が多かった。『3年B組金八先生』『高校聖夫婦』などでの演技で知名度を高め、1980年代には、松村雄基や伊藤かずえらとともに、大映ドラマの常連として活躍。1996年以降は、映画 『月とキャベツ』での人情味あふれる演技も高く評価され、同じく映画 『鮫肌男と桃尻女』（1999年）での狂気的な殺し屋の演技で注目され、演技のデパートを自他共に認める名脇役としての地盤を固めつつある。
