2013年ViVi専属モデルオーディションでグランプリを受賞し、モデルとして活動を始める。14年に映画「人狼ゲーム ビーストサイド」で女優デビュー。NHK連続テレビ小説「ひよっこ」（17）でヒロインの親友役を演じて脚光を浴び、結婚情報誌「ゼクシィ」の10代目CMガールにも抜擢される。その他出演作に、TVドラマ「チア☆ダン」、映画「あの日のオルガン」（ともに18）などがあり、映画「“隠れビッチ”やってました。」（19）で映画初主演を務める。
