小芝 風花（こしば ふうか、1997年4月16日 - ）は、日本の女優。大阪府堺市出身。オスカープロモーション所属。2011年11月、『イオン×オスカープロモーション ガールズオーディション2011』でグランプリ受賞。2012年7月、ドラマ『息もできない夏』で事務所の先輩・武井咲の妹役・木村佳乃の娘役で女優デビュー。2013年12月、フィギュアスケートに取り組む家族を描いたドラマ『スケート靴の約束』にて、5年間取り組んできたフィギュアの実力を披露する機会に恵まれる。2014年3月、映画『魔女の宅急便』でスクリーンデビュー、映画初主演。この作品で、第57回ブルーリボン賞・新人賞、 第24回日本映画批評家大賞・新人女優賞（小森和子賞）を受賞。2014年10月、文化放送にて冠番組『小芝風花のcolorful morning!』の放送が始まる。2015年10月、初舞台の『Dステ 17th「夕陽伝」』にてヒロインの陽向役を務める。2016年1月、波瑠が主演した連続テレビ小説『あさが来た』で、ヒロインの娘・千代を演じる。2016年3月、日出高等学校を卒業。2017年8月、NHK広島放送局制作のヒロシマ8.6ドラマ『ふたりのキャンバス』にてテレビドラマ初主演を務める。
