葉山 奨之（はやま しょうの、1995年12月19日 - ）は、日本の俳優。大阪府出身。トライストーン・エンタテイメント所属。身長177cm。映画｢クローズZERO」の小栗旬に憧れ、中学3年生の時に同事務所のオーディションを受け合格。 2011年にテレビドラマ『鈴木先生』でデビュー。趣味はバスケットボール、音楽鑑賞で好きなアーティストはKREVAとOKAMOTO'S。
