高杉 真宙（たかすぎ まひろ、1996年7月4日 - ）は、日本の俳優。福岡県出身。スパイスパワー所属。小学6年生の時に熊本県・八代で行われた花火大会で女の子に間違われスカウトされたことがきっかけで事務所に所属し、芸能界デビュー。2009年、舞台『エブリ リトル シング'09』で役者デビュー。2010年には、『半次郎』で映画初出演。中学2年生の時に上京。2012年の映画『カルテット!』で初主演を務める。2016年5月3日、岩手県平泉町で開催された「藤原まつり 源義経公東下り行列」で源義経役を務める。
