グレッグ・モットーラ（Greg Mottola, 1964年7月11日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国のテレビディレクター、映画監督、脚本家である。 ニューヨーク州のディックス・ヒルズで、アイルランド・イタリア系のカトリック教徒の家に生まれる。1996年に『デイトリッパー』で長編映画監督としてデビューする。そしていくつかのテレビドラマを手掛けた後、長編映画2作目の『スーパーバッド 童貞ウォーズ』（2007年）を監督し、これが北米だけで興行収入1億ドルを超えるヒット作となった。
