吉沢 悠（よしざわ ひさし、1978年8月30日 - ）は、日本の俳優。東京都杉並区出身。旧芸名は吉沢悠（よしざわ ゆう）。ワタナベエンターテインメントを経て、テンカラットに所属。

私立錦城高等学校卒業。1997年、夢カラオケオーディションで準グランプリを受賞し、吉沢悠（よしざわ ゆう）として芸能界デビュー。
2005年4月、それまで所属していたワタナベエンターテインメントを離脱し、芸能活動を休止。2006年6月、テンカラットへ移籍。名前を本名の読みに戻し、吉沢悠（よしざわ ひさし）として活動再開する。
2013年3月3日、モデルで女優の桐山マキと結婚。
