ジム・ブロードベント（Jim Broadbent, 本名: James Broadbent, 1949年5月24日 - ）は、イギリスの俳優。舞台俳優としてキャリアをスタートし、ロイヤル・ナショナル・シアターやロイヤル・シェイクスピア・カンパニーなどの舞台に立つ。1978年に『ザ・シャウト/さまよえる幻響』で映画デビュー。1991年にマイク・リー監督作品の『ライフ・イズ・スウィート』で注目を集める。
1999年公開の『トプシー・ターヴィー』でヴェネツィア国際映画祭男優賞を、2001年公開の『アイリス』でアカデミー助演男優賞を受賞。2007年放送のテレビシリーズ『The Street』エミー賞主演男優賞を受賞。
