カレン・アレン（Karen Jane Allen, 1951年10月5日 - ）はアメリカ合衆国の女優。

イリノイ州キャロルトン出身。母親は教師、父親はFBIの捜査官であった。高校卒業後にニューヨークに出、ニューヨーク州立ファッション工科大学で学ぶ。その後メリーランド大学カレッジパーク校でも学んだ。しばらく南米等を旅していたが演劇に関わるようになり、ニューヨークに戻ってリー・ストラスバーグの元で演技を学んだ。1978年から映画に出演するようになり、1981年の『レイダース/失われたアーク《聖櫃》』のヒロイン役で有名になった。2008 年にも、同役を『インディ・ジョーンズ/クリスタル・スカルの王国』で演じ、話題になった。
