丸山 智己（まるやま ともみ、1975年3月27日 - ）は、日本の俳優、モデル。長野県東御市出身。所属事務所はcube（俳優業）、ギグマネジメントジャパン（モデル業）。趣味・特技はバレーボール、料理、サーフィン。栄養士の資格を取得している。青木崇高、尚玄らとともに立ち上げた劇団REBOUND GLAMOURに所属していたが2007年に解散。2008年、再びセブンスター（セブンスター・ライト・メンソール）の広告モデルに起用される。
