フィオナ・ショウ（Fiona Shaw CBE、出生名：Fiona Mary Wilson、1958年7月10日 - ）は、アイルランド・コーク県出身の女優。

ユニバーシティ・カレッジ・コーク、ロンドンの王立演劇学校卒業。映画出演も多いが舞台での活躍が顕著であり、ローレンス・オリヴィエ賞を3回受賞している。これまでシェイクスピアの『お気に召すまま』『じゃじゃ馬馴らし』『リチャード二世』、サミュエル・ベケットの『しあわせな日々』、ベルトルト・ブレヒトの『セチュアンの善人』、ヘンリック・イプセンの『ヘッダ・ガーブレル』などに出演している。

1994年、『マシナル』でローレンス・オリヴィエ賞最優秀女優賞を受賞。

2001年には大英帝国勲章（C.B.E.）を授与。

2001年の『ハリー・ポッターと賢者の石』以降、ペチュニア・ダーズリー役を一貫して演じた。

2003年にはブロードウェイでの舞台『Medea』でトニー賞にもノミネートされた。
