竹内 涼真（たけうち りょうま、1993年4月26日 - ）は、日本の俳優・モデル。東京都出身。ホリプロ所属。立正大学地球環境科学部在学中。身長185cm。趣味・特技は歌・サッカー。5歳からサッカーをはじめ、ヴェルディサッカースクール相模原、高校時代に東京ヴェルディユースに所属。同期には杉本竜士、南秀仁、舘野俊祐、田中貴大などがいた。ポジションはDF。サッカー推薦で大学に進学するが、「自分はプロ選手にはなれない」と思いサッカーを断念する。
